"Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the earth.” - Thoreau I have always loved the sentiment of this quote and have been wanting to do more to actively incorporate its meaning into my life. This book is the perfect guide to learn how to be more in tune with the earth and with ourselves throughout the year - it is full of information and teachings to help us learn how, why, and what we can do to connect and balance our inner and outer worlds as the seasons pass.
